a beneficiar as mulheres.
Embora as mulheres
bem estruturadas. Gender relations refer to unequal power dynamics between men and women, stemming from the social construction of gender roles based on socially perceived sexual differences. Historically, women have been viewed as inferior to men, yet they have sought new achievements, including entry into the labor market. This movement began during World War I, when women started performing roles previously held by men who were away at war. With the consolidation of capitalism after the 19th century, certain laws began to benefit women. However, despite these gains, women still face significant challenges, particularly regarding labor market integration and balancing career and family life. Although women constitute a substantial portion of the economically active population and often hold significant roles, they still face wage inequality—even when performing the same duties and possessing well-structured careers. |
