T1 + 500 ppm do probiótico contendo Bacillussubtilis(mínimo 0,735 x 10E8) e
Bacilluslicheniformis(mínimo 0,735 x 10E8); T3: T1 + 20 ppm da enzima fitase, 200 ppm de
protease e xilanase); T4: T1+T2+T3.
efluente o FDN do T3, e o FDA do T1 e a lignina do T1 e T2, apresentaram maiores
quantidades.
The objective of the study was to evaluate the use of batch digesters on pH, the total solids (TS) and volatile solids (VS), the quantification of minerals, neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF), lignin, the most probable numbers (MPN) of totalfecal coliforms, the affluent and effluent, the volume and production potential and chemical composition of biogas from poultry litter treated with diets supplemented with probiotics and enzymes. For the experiment 900 broiler chicks ofthe Cobb 500 ® lines were distributed in a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 9 replications with 25 birds each. The treatments consisted of different types of diets : T1 : control diet without additives , T2 : T1 + 500 ppm probiotic containing Bacillus subtilis (minimum 0.735 x 10E8 ) and Bacillus licheniformis (minimum 0.735 x 10E8 ), T3 : T1 + 20 ppm of phytase , 200 ppm of xylanase and protease ) , T4 : T1 + T2 + T3 . At the end of the experimental period (42 days old) litters from each treatment were collected, identified and prepared (4 % total solids) and distributed in 4 batch type digesters each. The daily volume of the substrate was 1.8 kg (water+litter) for all digesters. Affluent and effluent samples were collected weekly for determination of pH, the TS and VS, quantification of minerals (N, P and K) and NDF, ADF and lignin, as well as samples of each digester analyzed in gas phase Finnigan GC- 2001 to determine the composition of biogas. The volume of biogas was measured daily, based on the vertical displacement of gasometers during 162 days of production. Analysis of variance was performed and in case of statistical significance the procedure for comparison of averages by Tukey test at 5 % probability was adopted. There was a reduction in the pH of the effluent. They showed a bigger reduction in VS and TS in T1 and T4. The N content, NDF, ADF and lignin, which received T4 treatment, had a higher N in affluent and effluent. For the affluents, the higher content of NDF was the T2 and T3 and T3 was the ADF, and lignin was T1, T2 and T3. For the effluent composition of T3 NDF, ADF and lignin T1 and T1 and T2 showed higher amounts. The further degradation of NDF and ADF occurred in treatment T2, without differing from T4. A 100% reduction in the MPN of total and fecal coliforms in the treatment in batch digesters was obtained. The broiler litter that received a diet T1 and T2 had a higher cumulative volume of biogas, potential of biogas production by ST and SV added and a composition of CH4. For the potential of biogas production by ST and SV reduced, greaterpotential of biogas production for the treatment T2 was observed. The addition of probiotics in the poultry’s dietbenefits the digestion of broiler litter providing high biogas production. |
