Plataforma online para gerenciamento de agendamentos

Abstract

O trabalho apresenta o AppointIn, uma plataforma online desenvolvida para modernizar a gestão de agendamentos em pequenas e médias empresas, substituindo processos manuais e aumentando a competitividade no cenário de transformação digital. A solução propõe oferecer uma experiência simplificada ao cliente, permitindo agendamentos sem a necessidade de um cadastro completo, e por utilizar uma estrutura modular que facilita futuras expansões funcionais. Para garantir a viabilidade técnica e comercial, o projeto foi fundamentado na metodologia ágil, aliada aos princípios de Domain-Driven Design (DDD) e à Vertical Slice Architecture, assegurando assim a clareza, modularidade e escalabilidade do sistema.

This work presents AppointIn, an online platform developed to modernize scheduling management in small and medium-sized enterprises, replacing inefficient manual processes and increasing competitiveness in the digital transformation scenario. The solution stands out for offering a simplified customer experience, allowing scheduling without the need for complete registration, and for using a modular structure that facilitates future functional expansions. To ensure technical and commercial viability, the project was based on the agile methodology, combined with the principles of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Vertical Slice Architecture, thus ensuring the clarity, modularity, and scalability of the system.
