Como melhorar o sistema de layout

Abstract

Este trabalho de conclusão de curso do técnico do terceiro módulo de logística, irá apresentar o conhecimento adquirido em sala de aula, falaremos da importância do planejamento dos sistemas de layout, propondo resolver o problema de espaço físico da loja de roupas Abuzzi Dress. No relatório será explicado; a introdução do layout e seus princípios, principais características dos layouts, seus objetivos e metas, seus setores e suas importâncias, tipos de layout, vantagens e desvantagens dos mesmos, tipos de layout de loja, desenvolvimento e aplicações desses layouts. Desenvolvemos métodos que auxiliarão a proprietária em administrar seu layout de estoque e de loja, por tanto, passaremos uma visão de como utilizar corretamente o espaço atual que a dona já possui. O intuito do trabalho é acrescentar conhecimento não só a proprietária, mas também a teoria, a pequenos negócios e todos os futuros alunos de logística, agregando valor a toda matéria relacionada ao tema. This work of conclusion the course of the technician of the third logistics module, will present the knowledge acquired in the classroom, will talk about the importance of planning the layout systems, proposing to solve the problem of physical space of the clothing store Abuzzi Dress, in the report will be explained; the introduction of the layout and its principles, main characteristics of layouts, its objectives , its sectors and their importance, layout types, advantages and disadvantages of them, types of layout of store, development and applications of these layouts. We have developed methods that will help the owner in managing her inventory and store layout, so we will pass on a vision of how to correctly use the current space that the owner already has. The aim of the work is to add knowledge not only to the owner, but also to theory, small businesses and all future students of logistics, adding value to all matters related to the theme.
