Abstract

Este trabalho aborda o tema de E-commerce e a sua administração interna e externa, e como fazer esse controle de produtos anunciados e de como gerenciar através das ferramentas certas. Servindo para auxiliar aqueles que se interessam de alguma forma pelo E-commerce. Onde esse trabalho irá elaborar em três tópicos principais, sendo o primeiro o seu conceito, o segundo as formas de se fazer e o terceiro a forma como ele se manifesta normalmente (como em quais clientes e de que forma). E assim o trabalho obteve sua estrutura onde se aglomerou as informações que foram pesquisadas com base nessa estrutura, fazendo um desenvolvimento que leva a maior compreensão de como pode se fazer uma melhor gestão nesse ramo do E-commerce.

This work addresses the theme of E-commerce and your internal and external administration, and how make this control of advertised products and how to manage through the right tools. Serving to help those who are interested in any way by E-commerce. Where this work will elaborate on three main topics, the first being its concept, the second the ways of doing it and the third the way it normally manifests itself (as in which clients and in what way). And so the work obtained its structure where the information that was researched based on this structure was gathered, making a development that leads to a greater understanding of how better management can be done in this field of E-commerce.
