Abstract

O seguinte artigo teve o objetivo geral de analisar a evolução da gestão de estoque de um estabelecimento em Itararé-SP. Foi de suma importância uma boa gestão com auxílio de tecnologia para conseguir acompanhar a constante evolução do mercado digital, também minimizando os custos de estoque, maximizando agilidade na produção e melhorando a organização. A metodologia do trabalho, foi utilizado a pesquisa de abundantes sites e livros, de forma a adquirir cultura sobre o tema, e colaboração do entrevistado dono do estabelecimento Flip Style Company. Para implantar o formulário de perguntas fechadas utilizamos a plataforma Google Forms, onde nossos entrevistados receberam o link via WhatsApp. Através de todo o trabalho, o grupo conseguiu alcançar um vasto conhecimento de gestão de estoque e vivenciar como é ter uma loja, suas dificuldades que podem aparecer, como ter uma boa gestão, ajuda a lidar com muitos imprevistos.

The following article had the general objective of analyzing the evolution of inventory management at an establishment in Itarare-SP. Good management with the help of technology was extremely important to be able to keep up with the constant Evolution of the digital market, also minimizing inventory costs, maximizing agility in production and improving the organization. The work methodology involved researching numerous websites and books, in order to acquire knowledge on the topic, and the collaboration of the interviewee, owner of the Flip Style Company establishment. To implement the closed question form, we used the Google Forms platform, where our interviewees received the link via WhatsApp. Through all the work, the group managed to achieve a vast knowledge of stock management and experience what it is like to have a store, the difficulties that may arise, how having good management helps to deal with many unforeseen events.
