Omissão da sociedade em relação a geriatria no município de Itararé-SP

Abstract

A população geriátrica e as diversidades encontradas por ela. O objetivo deste trabalho é identificar as reais dificuldades enfrentadas pelos idosos, com isso expor ao nosso município a importância de respeitar e cuidar desta população. Abordamos nesse tema a omissão, o abandono afetivo e as dificuldades que os idosos sofrem. O principal conceito utilizado aborda a tentativa de ampliar o conhecimento de uma sociedade estagnada em relação aos idosos, para assim, proporcionar melhorias na qualidade de vida para esta categoria. Os dados utilizados para desenvolver este trabalho foram coletados em livros, sites e pesquisas em campo, para conhecer a fundo nosso tema e descobrir a melhor maneira de relatar e expor os pontos negativos encontrados, almejando que a sociedade possa identificá-los e assim corrigi-los para garantir um futuro melhor.

The geriatric population and the diversities found by it. The objective of this study is to identify the real difficulties faced by the elderly, thus exposing our municipality to the importance of respecting and caring for this population. We address in this theme the omission, the abandonment affective and the difficulties that the elderly suffer. The main concept used is the attempt to broaden the knowledge of a stagnant society in relation to the elderly, in order to provide improvements in the quality of life for this category. The data used to develop this work were collected in books, websites and field research, to get to know our subject in depth and to discover the best way to report and expose the negative points found, hoping that society can identify them and, to ensure a better future.
