Descriminalização do aborto

Abstract

Atualmente o aborto é um assunto muito debatido, por este motivo o referido trabalho irá abordar tal tema o qual gera opiniões inconciliáveis tanto por questões religiosas tanto éticas e jurídicas. O problema encontrado é o preconceito da sociedade com a mulher que pratica tal ato. Nesse sentido, a descriminalização do aborto que é o ato de deixar de ser crime a prática de abortar dando o direito a mulher de escolher se irá optar por ter o filho. Neste trabalho será abordado sobre os ordenamentos jurídicos que faz com que a prática do aborto seja considerada um crime contra vida, somente permitida nos casos de estrupo ou quando o feto nasce anencefálico. A metodologia aplicada primeiramente será pesquisas didáticas e bibliografias, logo após, haverá embasamento em pesquisa em livros e autores especializados e por fim seguirá a com a pesquisa em campo.

Currently abortion is a hotly debated subject, so this work will encompass such a theme that generates irreconcilable opinions for both ethical and legal religious issues. The problem encountered on the subject is the prejudice of society with the woman who practices such an act. In this sense, the decriminalization of abortion, which is the act of ceasing to be a crime, the practice of abortion giving the woman the right to choose whether to choose to have the child. This paper will address the legal frameworks that make the practice of abortion considered a crime against life, only allowed in cases of rape or when the fetus is born anencephalic. The methodology to be applied will be the research in books, magazines, internet research in informative sites in which it is structured. The work will have a thorough study of constitution articles and the application of field research.
