Abstract

A proposta do presente trabalho tem o objetivo de apresentar informações sobre o método construtivo utilizado em alguns países, e com o avanço tecnológico na construção civil vem ganhando espaço e destaque no mercado nacional, é o sistema Light Steel Frame, que por meio de pesquisas e estudos apresentaremos a situação do mercado junto a empresas e prestadores de serviços do sistema, tais informações se dará através de material extraído de artigos e trabalhos científicos afim de enriquecer o pretendido trabalho com o objetivo de trazer conhecimento sobre tal sistema construtivo, que apesar de estar em constante crescimento, esse sistema construtivo ainda é pouco conhecido nacionalmente, e por ter um custo inicialmente elevado dificulta seu uso em grande escala. Observamos que o método precisa ser melhor compreendido, vemos que torna - se uma boa alternativa sustentável para o nosso país, no que se refere as questões que visam diminuir o problema de déficit habitacional e as vantagens do sistema em relação aos benefícios acarretados ao meio ambiente, como: menor geração de resíduos na construção, diminuição de materiais para a execução de um mesmo de tipo de obra, se comparado ao método convencional.

The purpose of this work is to present information about the construction method used in some countries, and with the technological advancement in civil construction has been gaining space and prominence in the national market, it is the Light Steel Frame system, which through research and studies we will present the market situation with companies and service providers of the system, Such information will be given through material extracted from articles and scientific works in order to enrich the intended work with the objective of bringing knowledge about such a construction system, which despite being in constant growth, this construction system is still little known nationally, and because it has an initially high cost, it makes it difficult to use it on a large scale. We observe that the method needs to be better understood, we see that it becomes a good sustainable alternative for our country, with regard to issues that aim to reduce the problem of housing deficit and the advantages ofthe system in relation to the benefits brought to the environment, such as: less generation of waste in construction, reduction of materials for the execution of the same type of work, compared to the conventional method.
