Percepção histórica da psicologia jurídica e suas aplicações

Abstract

Este trabalho visa refletir sobre o papel da Psicologia Jurídica ao longo da história, e como foi progredindo como uma ciência independente ao decorrer do último século. Ainda que, a psicologia jurídica tenha sua prioridade em pareceres técnicos, o essencial e objetivo deste trabalho, é potencializar a capacidade de registro para maior difusão de estudos na área, pois é através desta que se desempenhará com propriedade e base científica medidas mais eficazes socialmente para, além de ajudar juridicamente o âmbito do Direito, também auxiliar os indivíduos com as medidas judiciárias, haja vista que as decisões nos Tribunais tem influências nos indivíduos em si.

This work aims to reflect on the role of legal psychology throughout history, and how it has progressed as an independent science over the last century. Although legal psychology has its priority in technical opinions, the essential and objective of this work is to enhance the ability to register for greater dissemination of studies in the area, because it is through this that the most socially effective measures with property and scientific basis will be performed. In addition to legally assisting the scope of law, it also assists individuals with judicial measures, given that decisions in courts have an influence on individuals themselves.
