Implantação de sistemas integrados de gestão (ERP) em pequenas empresas

Abstract

Esse trabalho se desenvolve em meio à grandes mudanças na sociedade e que envolvem diversos segmentos da sociedade. O desenvolvimento das indústrias, da informática e dos meios de comunicação tem sido responsáveis por essas mudanças. Com o advento da 4a Revolução Industrial, também chamada de Indústria 4.0, o mercado de produção e consumo tornou-se mais exigente, as empresas querem maior produção, com custos reduzidos e com qualidade. novidades chegaram com essa nova modalidade de se pensar a indústria, dentre as quais podemos destacar: a Internet das coisas, Big Data, Machine Learning, Computação em nuvem, Sistemas de simulação, Robôs autônomos. Para Muitas acompanhar as inovações propostas pela Indústria 4.0, é necessário a implantação de um sistema integrativo como o ERP. As pesquisas realizadas apontaram que o sistema ERP sempre foi direcionado ao uso das grandes empresas, porém nem todas conseguiram implantá-lo, muitas vezes, por acreditarem ser alto o custo de implantação desse tipo de sistema. Com o crescimento das micro e pequenas empresas, os fornecedores, desse sistema tem procurado o segmento de pequenos negócios, para oferecer o software, já que as mesmas, também estão se adequando a indústria 4.0. Diante desse cenário, a pergunta que norteou esse trabalho foi com relação ao uso do ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), como sistema de gestão empresarial para pequenas empresas, levando-se em consideração suas necessidades, e investimentos a curto, médio e longo prazo, bem como o tempo de retorno desse investimento para a empresa. Há muito o que se fazer ainda, mas estamos dando os primeiros passos na direção da quarta revolução industrial, embora tenhamos incentivos do governo e dos órgãos de apoio às indústrias, precisamos ainda compartilhar com as pessoas esses novos conhecimentos. O acompanhamento da implantação desses sistemas, devem ocorrer de forma contínua e sistemática, para que se tenham registros de cases de sucesso, principalmente com relação ao desempenho das micro e pequenas empresas, com o uso desses recursos tecnológicos em seus processos de produção, para que outras empresas também possam superar seus desafios e ingressem na Indústria 4.0

This work is developed in the midst of major changes in society that involve different segments of society. The development of industries, information technology and the media has been responsible for these changes. With the advent of the 4th Industrial Revolution, also called Industry 4.0, the production and consumption market has become more demanding, companies want more production, with reduced costs and quality. Many new features arrived with this new way of thinking about the industry, among which we can highlight: the Internet of things, Big Data, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Simulation Systems, Autonomous Robots. T o follow the innovations proposed by Industry 4.0, it is necessary to implement an integrative system such as ERP. The surveys carried out showed that the ERP system has always been directed to the use of large companies, but not all of them have been able to implement it, many times, because they believe that the cost of implementing this type of system is high. With the growth of micro and small companies, the suppliers of this system have been looking to the small business segment to offer the software, since they are also adapting to industry 4.0. Given this scenario, the question that guided this work was in relation to the use of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), as a business management system for small companies, taking into account their needs, and investments in the short, medium and long term, as well as the return time of this investment for the company. There is still a lot to do, but we are taking the first steps towards the fourth industrial revolution, although we have incentives from the government and industry support agencies, we still need to share this new knowledge with people. The monitoring of the implantation of these systems, must occur in a continuous and systematic way, so that there are records of successful cases, mainly in relation to the performance of micro and small companies, with the use of these technological resources in their production processes, so that other companies can also overcome their challenges and join Industry 4.0
