The experience with sleep is, in a way, deterministic, as each environment and situation directly affects the quality of its phases – (REM – Rapid Eye Movement) (NREM – Non-Rapid Eye Movement) – thus encouraging or detracting from the benefits of each moment. It is under this concept that one can analyze the influence of full-time education in the municipality of Caraguatatuba, as well as personal/work activities, as a deterministic factor for the sleep condition of these students. The complex science of fragile sleep, which investigates the popular "biological clock," or suprachiasmatic nucleus, interprets that these cycles, brain patterns, both from the reptilian brain, more primitive and primal, and the neocortex, intelligent and savvy, all suffer when such an aggressive and negligent routine, like full-time education and practice, arises. It is these social and educational impacts that are taken into account in this article.
