Logística no agronegócio: armazenagem de grão de soja

Abstract

Neste trabalho de conclusão de curso, o principal assunto é sobre o agronegócio e sobre sua armazenagem. A armazenagem no agro é um problema muito comum entre os agricultores, muitos deles acabam tendo que vender suas colheitas muito antes delas estarem com seu processo finalizado (saindo da safra direta para os mercados etc.). Neste trabalho foram encontrados alguns problemas nos quais podem ser resolvidos com um pouco de investimento, tratamento e uma boa logística. Um dos principais assuntos é sobre logística, onde apresentamos o começo dela e como ela pode ser eficiente para os empresários da área. A logística rural ou agronegócio é o setor responsável pela administração, planejamento e execução de tarefas, com intuito de garantir todo e qualquer recurso necessário para operação. Além deste assunto também citamos sobre a armazenagem e o déficit de armazenagem, um bom armazenamento pode ser uma boa arma para ser destaque no ramo do agro, pois quando se consegue ter um bom agrupamento deste produto, os grãos ficam com uma qualidade melhor (tanto física quanto química).Os silos foram outro assunto falado neste trabalho, onde se foi citado quais são os tipos de silos, valores, e algumas especificações, visando que o agricultor tanto de um grande negócio quanto do pequeno escolha a melhor opção para sua safra (tanto em questão de qualidade, tamanho e preço). Por meio deste estudo pode-se afirmar que uma boa armazenagem pode ajudar muito um agricultor a ter um grão com uma qualidade melhor e aumentando seu lucro.

In this course conclusion work, the main subject is about agribusiness and its storage. Agricultural storage is a very common problem among farmers, many of them end up having to sell their harvests long before the process is complete (leaving the harvest directly to the markets, etc.). In this work, some problems were found that can be solved with a little investment, treatment and good logistics. One of the main topics is about logistics, where we present its beginnings and how it can be efficient for entrepreneurs in the area. Rural logistics or agribusiness is the sector responsible for the administration, planning and execution of tasks, with the aim of guaranteeing any and all resources necessary for operation. In addition to this subject, we also mention storage and the storage deficit, good storage can be a good weapon to stand out in the agricultural sector, because when you manage to have a good grouping of this product, the grains have a better quality (both physics and chemistry).Silos were another topic discussed in this work, where the types of silos, values, and some specifications were mentioned, with the aim of allowing farmers, both large and small businesses, to choose the best option for their harvest (both in terms of quality, size and price). Through this study it can be stated that good storage can greatly help a farmer to have better quality grain and increasing his profit.
