Advogai: protótipo do sistema de orientação jurídica Advogai

Abstract

Este Projeto apresenta o desenvolvimento do AdvogAI, uma aplicação web voltada ao apoio inicial de cidadãos leigos na compreensão de situações jurídicas. A proposta parte da dificuldade de acesso a informações jurídicas claras, atualizadas e compreensíveis, especialmente por pessoas sem formação na área do Direito. A pesquisa caracteriza-se como aplicada e de natureza tecnológica, conduzida por abordagem incremental. Os procedimentos adotados envolveram levantamento bibliográfico, análise de softwares similares, definição de requisitos funcionais e não funcionais, modelagem por casos de uso, diagrama de classes, diagrama entidade relacionamento e elaboração de um protótipo funcional. A solução utiliza interface web desenvolvida com HTML, CSS e JavaScript, processamento em linguagem R, integração com banco de dados PostgreSQL e comunicação com API de inteligência artificial. Para análise de linguagem natural e geração de respostas preliminares, considera-se o uso da API do DeepSeek. Como evolução técnica, prevê-se a adoção de RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) para apoiar respostas fundamentadas em legislação e jurisprudência. Como resultado, obteve-se documentação técnica e protótipo inicial com fluxo de autenticação, chat e comunicação com IA. Conclui-se que o AdvogAI pode contribuir para democratizar o acesso à informação jurídica, sem substituir a atuação profissional de advogados. This project presents the development of AdvogAI, a web application designed to provide initial support to lay citizens in understanding legal situations. The proposal is based on the difficulty of accessing clear, up-to-date, and understandable legal information, especially for people without legal training. The research is characterized as applied and technological in nature, conducted through an incremental approach. The procedures adopted included bibliographic research, analysis of similar systems, definition of functional and non-functional requirements, modeling through use cases, class diagram, entity-relationship diagram, and the development of a functional prototype. The solution uses a web interface developed with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, processing implemented with the R language, integration with a PostgreSQL database, and communication with an artificial intelligence API. For natural language analysis and generation of preliminary responses, the use of the DeepSeek API is considered. As a technical evolution, the adoption of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) is planned to support responses grounded in legislation and case law. As a result, technical documentation and an initial prototype were obtained, including authentication flow, chat interface, and communication with AI. It is concluded that AdvogAI may contribute to democratizing access to legal information, without replacing the professional work of lawyers.
