O papel dos profissionais da vara da justiça criminal nas tratativas das vítimas de violência doméstica

Abstract

O objetivo deste estudo é ressaltar a importância da função exercida pelas autoridades ao atender às vítimas de violência doméstica. O presente trabalho foi elaborado a partir de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e uma pesquisa de campo para analisar no contexto acadêmico a discussão acerca da importância dos profissionais da Vara da Justiça Criminal ao tratar os casos de mulheres vítimas de violência doméstica, abordando os principais pontos no que diz respeito ao tema. O trabalho foi desenvolvido através do estudo da Lei 11.340/06, das formas de violência e suas especificidades, abordando também os fatores que contribuem para a permanência da mulher na relação e por fim o estudo da Delegacia da Mulher. Propõem-se, deste modo, apresentar a entrevista realizada com o Delegado José Vitor Bacetti, e exibir a análise dos resultados alcançados através de uma pesquisa de campo para exibir a percepção da sociedade no que diz respeito ao tema.

The objective of this study is to highlight the importance of the role played by the authorities in assisting victims of domestic violence. The presente work was elaborated from a bibliographical research and a field research to analyze in the academic context the discussion about the importance of the professionals of the Criminal Justice Court when dealing with the cases of women victims of domestic violence, approaching the main points in what concerns the topic. The work was developed through the study of Law 11.340/06, the forms of violence and their specificities, also addressing the factors that contribute to the permanence of women in the relationship and, finally, the study of the Women's Police Station. It is proposed, therefore, to present the interview carried out with Delegate Jose Vitor Bacetti, and to show the analysis of the results achieved through field research to show society's perception with regard to the subject.
