Abstract

Neste Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso Técnico de Serviços Jurídicos tenho como objetivo a partir do seguinte tema “Avanços e Desafios para a Inclusão Social" apresentar os direitos e os deveres das pessoas com deficiência, como também apresentar os fatos e as lutas travadas por esses indivíduos e os respectivos apoiadores desta causa que a luta pelos direitos da pessoa com deficiência. E não menos importante, mas também apresentar as conquistas geradas após tantos anos de lutas travadas pelas pessoas com deficiência e seus apoiadores com o objetivo de garantir os direitos da pessoa com deficiência e ampliar ainda mais as conquistas e seus direitos que ao mesmo tempo que são muitos, mas ainda são poucos levando em conta os avanços gerados até os dias atuais e o dia a dia das pessoas com deficiência na sociedade brasileira atual, bem como algumas das principais conquistas legislativas e judiciais garantidas pelas pessoas com deficiência no Brasil no mundo respectivamente.
