Plano de negócio sustentável em eventos: proposta de um empreendimento em gestão integrada organizacional de acordo com implementação setorial da PNRS e SGA

Abstract

Este trabalho de conclusão de Curso consiste na elaboração de um plano de negócio sustentável ligado aos pilares da sustentabilidade, com ensejo de um empreendimento com uma gestão integrada na Logística Reversa, com a possibilidade de implementação setorial das políticas de responsabilidade das normas especificas da SGA e PNRS, sendo assim poder oferecer a seu público- alvo ligado ao 1º, 2º e 3º setores da economia, com prestação de serviços especializado nos processos do gerenciamento das organizações, com foco nos eventos sociais, esportivos, corporativos, de lazer entre outros, entretanto motivar, fomentar, e transformar todos na mesma missão, junto com a proposta de valor da empresa. O local escolhido para abertura do negócio será no município de Presidente Prudente/SP, com o propósito de minimizar os problemas ocasionados ao descarte dos resíduos sólidos de maneira incorreta. A metodologia aplicada trata-se de exploratória com aplicação bibliográfica, diante do levantamento teórico reuniu dados específicos das normas e leis de acordo com a temática, possibilitando ao leitor o direcionamento das informações deste projeto. Em suma diria que um negócio tendo como seu objetivo principal visar o bem da sociedade, não visar somente lucro, e com ações voltadas ao cuidado ambiental com desenvolvimento responsável, pode se afirmar que a marca seria vista de forma positiva, por conseguinte cresça e logo se expandi para mais setores empresariais

This course conclusion work consists of the elaboration of a sustainable business plan linked to the pillars of sustainability, with the opportunity of an enterprise with an integrated management in Reverse Logistics, with the possibility of sectorial implementation of the policies of responsibility of the specific norms of the SGA and PNRS, thus being able to offer its target audience linked to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd sectors of the economy a specialized service in the management processes of organizations, focusing on social, sporting, corporate, leisure and other events, motivating, promoting, and turn everyone into the same mission, along with the company's value proposition. The location chosen to open the business will be in the municipality of Presidente Prudente/SP, with the purpose of minimizing the problems caused by the incorrect disposal of solid waste. The applied methodology is exploratory with bibliographical application, before the theoretical survey gathered specific data of norms and laws according to the theme, allowing the reader to direct the information of this project. In short, I would say that a business whose main objective is to aim at the good of society, not only at profit, actions aimed at environmental care with responsible development, it can be said that the brand would be seen positively, making it grow and expand to more business sectors.
