A visibilidade do registro profissional nas empresas de Itararé-SP: uma análise sobre cargos e funções

Abstract

O desvio de função e acúmulo de cargo é um tema muito presente na sociedade trabalhista, já que muitos empregados não estão adeptos ao assunto, achando normal exercer mais funções do que fora contratado, não sabendo que existe uma lei que ampara os trabalhadores que sofrem com o desvio de função e acúmulo de cargo no seu âmbito trabalhista. Nesse sentido o artigo tem como problema de pesquisa quais artigos e ações que devem ser tomadas, por um profissional registrado em uma função, mas atuava em outra e nao recebia a remuneração correspondente por anos. É de extrema importância a abordagem deste assunto em locais de trabalho, visando a segurança e o bem-estar dos funcionários além de ampliar seus conhecimentos sobre tal problema. Com isso percebe-se que a visibilidade do tema na sociedade é de pouco conhecimento, principalmente entre os empregados menos afortunados, onde geralmente o empregador manda e o empregado faz, com medo de perder seu emprego. Para a elaboração do trabalho, utilizou-se da metodologia de pesquisa em sites, artigos e livros pertinentes ao tema. E para contextualizar o tema foi realizado uma pesquisa de campo com perguntas abertas e fechadas para identificar o desvio de função e acúmulo de cargo. Portanto conclui-se que a visibilidade do tema apresentado é de grande relevância para a sociedade, principalmente para a classe trabalhista que vem sendo afetada diariamente com o Desvio de Função e Acúmulo de Cargo.

The deviation of function and accumulation of position is a very present theme in labor society, since many employees are not adept at the subject, thinking it normal to exercise more functions than was contracted, not knowing that there is a law that protects workers who suffer from the deviation of function and accumulation of position in their labor scope. In this sense the article has as a research problem which articles and actions should be taken by a professional registered in one function, but worked in another and did not receive the corresponding remuneration for years. It is extremely important to address this issue in the workplace. Aimed at the safety and well-being of employees and expand their knowledge of this problem. Thus it is noticed that the visibility of the theme in society is of little knowledge, especially among less fortunate employees, where usually the employer orders and the employee does, afraid of losing their job. For the preparation of the work, we used the research methodology in websites, articles and books relevant to the topic. And to contextualize the theme will be conducted a field research with open and closed questions to identify the function deviation and accumulation of position. Therefore it is concluded that the visibility of the theme presented is of great relevance to society, especially for the working class that has been affected daily with the deviation of function and accumulation of position.
