Intolerância religiosa: uma análise no município de Itararé-SP através de aspectos jurídicos

Abstract

O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar a questão da Intolerância Religiosa no município de Itararé, destacando sua relevância e impacto social. A Intolerância Religiosa persiste como um desafio grave na atual sociedade, afetando indivíduos e instituições religiosas por se tratar do sofrimento e desmerecimento de algo de fato sagrado, sua Fé. A fim de analisar as verdadeiras implicações desse preconceito na sociedade e mais especificamente, nas instituições religiosas, foram formulados questionamentos abertos e fechados que foram distribuídos tanto a representantes religiosos como ao público em geral, com o propósito de identificar e compreender as questões problemáticas e suas consequências na coexistência pacífica e a diversidade religiosa do país. Além disso, este artigo busca abordar a perspectiva do Direito brasileiro em relação a esse fenômeno, explorando as regulamentações que buscam proteger a liberdade religiosa e combater a intolerância. O artigo justifica-se pela importância da religião como parte fundamental da cultura brasileira e pelo crescente reconhecimento da necessidade de promover a tolerância e o respeito mútuo entre diferentes grupos religiosos e contribuirá também para uma compreensão mais profunda da Intolerância Religiosa no município de Itararé e para a busca de soluções legais e sociais que possam promover a convivência harmoniosa e a proteção dos direitos religiosos de todos os cidadãos.

This article aims to analyze the issue of religious intolerance in the municipality of Itarare, highlighting its relevance and social impact. Religious intolerance persists as a serious challenge in today's society, affecting individuals and religious institutions because it involves suffering and denigration of something truly sacred, their faith. In order to analyze the real implications of this prejudice on Society and, more specifically, on religious institutions, open and closed questions were formulated and distributed to both religious representatives and the general public, with the aim of identifying and understanding the problematic issues and their consequences for peaceful coexistence and religious diversity in the country. In addition, this article seeks to address the perspective of Brazilian law in relation to this phenomenon, exploring the regulations that seek to protect religious freedom and combat intolerance. The article is justified by the importance of religion as a fundamental part of Brazilian culture and by the growing recognition of the need to promote tolerance and mutual respect between different religious groups. It will also contribute to a deeper understanding of Religious Intolerance in the municipality of Itararé and to the search for legal and social solutions that can promote harmonious coexistence and the protection of the religious rights of all citizens.
