Qualidade de vida no trabalho

Abstract

Este trabalho fala sobre a qualidade de vida no trabalho, mostrando a importância para ambos os lados. Para obter tais informações serão feitas análises da história e conceitos para maiores entendimentos. Nesse trabalho também constam ferramentas que auxiliam no processo de atingir essa qualidade de vida no trabalho, assim também será possível analisar as possíveis doenças relacionadas à falta da tal qualidade no trabalho. Será apresentada nesse trabalho uma pesquisa que foi realizada para mostrar a visão do colaborador sobre a qualidade de vida sobre o seu atual local de trabalho, o que mostra que muitas empresas ainda não possuem tal qualidade, porém nota-se os destaques de organizações maiores que se preocupam com a qualidade de vida no trabalho de seus colaboradores, pois enxergam o quanto isso resulta positivamente nos objetivos finais, além do próprio ambiente interno da sua empresa, tendo um local de trabalho harmônico e onde as pessoas se sentem acolhidas e parte de algo maior. This work talks about the quality of life at work, showing the importance for both sides. To obtain such information, analyzes of history and concepts will be made for greater understanding. This paper will present a research that was carried out to show the employee's view on the quality of life about his / her current place of work, which shows that many companies do not yet have such quality, but note the highlights of larger organizations that are concerned with the quality of life in the work of their employees, because they see how much this is positive in the final objectives, besides the own internal environment of their company, having a harmonious workplace and where people feel welcome and part of something larger.
