A inteligência emocional aplicada ao setor logístico

Abstract

O ambiente de trabalho por muitas vezes pode se tornar exaustivo e ocasionar um esgotamento físico e mental que acarreta fatores de risco a saúde do colaborador, como a síndrome de burnout, ansiedade e depressão. Este artigo tem por objetivo identificar o impacto da saúde emocional nos colaboradores do setor logístico, e dessa forma evidenciar a importância do respectivo tema. Ao decorrer do artigo percebe-se que os transtornos mentais afetam o colaborador, o empregador e a sociedade como um todo. Conclui-se que a saúde mental deve ser um fator preponderante para que os colaboradores possam realizar com êxito suas funções.

The work environment can often become exhausting and cause physical and mental exhaustion that leads to risk factors for the employee's health, such as burnout syndrome, anxiety and depression. This article aims to identify the impact of emotional health on employees in the logistics sector, and thus highlight the importance of the respective topic. Throughout the article, it is clear that the disorders were felt by the employee, the employer and society as a whole. It is concluded that mental health must be a preponderant factor so that employees can successfully perform their duties.
