Abstract

Este projeto está sendo desenvolvido a fim de que seja chamada atenção ao que diz respeito à saúde e segurança no trabalho. Mostraremos algumas das normas que asseguram a eficiência e segurança do trabalho, para que assim seja viável o desenvolvimento do bem-estar do colaborador. É importante que se fale sobre tal tema, pois ainda há muitos casos de empresas que não fornecem um ambiente seguro de trabalho, levando a uma queda no rendimento e produtividade do funcionário e até mesmo acidentes. Saúde Ocupacional e Segurança do Trabalho são assuntos que estão correlacionados, pois sem a segurança no trabalho é praticamente impossível haver bem-estar no ambiente de trabalho e sem a saúde ocupacional é praticamente impossível a detecção da falta de segurança. Convém destacar que é um tema importante para as organizações, os quais devem garantir o bem-estar dos trabalhadores e o cumprimento das normas no âmbito de trabalho. Para tal, é hábito realizarem inspeções periódicas de modo a determinar as condições mediante as quais são desenvolvidos os vários tipos de atividades laborais. Palavras-chave: Saúde Ocupacional. We will show some of the norms that ensure the efficiency and safety of the work, so that it is feasible the development of the well-being of the employee. It is important to talk about such a topic as there are still many cases of companies that do not provide a safe work environment, leading to a decline in employee income and productivity and even accidents. Occupational Health and Occupational Safety are subjects that are correlated, because without work safety it is practically impossible to have well being in the workplace and without occupational health it is practically impossible to detect the lack of safety. It should be stressed that this is an important issue for organizations, which should ensure the well-being of workers and compliance with standards in the work area.
