Estresse no ambiente de trabalho

Abstract

O presente trabalho teve como objetivo identificar as causas prováveis do estresse considerando suas várias nuances e como de maneira severa ele afeta o desempenho laboral dos colaboradores, partindo do pressuposto que as suas causas se diferem de indivíduo para indivíduo. Compreendendo também as consequências negativas que reflete na economia empresarial e na sociedade como um todo. Pautado em todos os contextos que estão envolvidos nas causas e efeitos do estresse, e considerando praticas que desencadeiam essa situação. É notável como essa exposição em que o ser fica sujeito, traz consequências desfavoráveis para a sua vivência, de forma a afetar o seu relacionamento com o trabalho, com a família e com a sociedade como um todo. Elencou também aspectos referentes ao ambiente que propicia o estresse, as causas sociais e psicológicas, e alguns assuntos relevantes que de certa maneira influencia na diminuição da qualidade de vida no trabalho e consequentemente possível estresse. The present study aimed to identify the probable causes of stress considering its various nuances and how severely it affects the work performance of employees, based on the assumption that their causes differ from individual to individual. Also realizing the negative consequences it reflects on the business economy and on society as a whole. Guided in all contexts that are involved in the causes and effects of stress, and considering practices that trigger this situation. It is remarkable how this exposure in which the being becomes subject, has unfavorable consequences for their experience, in order to affect their relationship with work, with the family and with society as a whole. He also listed aspects related to the environment that favors stress, social and psychological causes, and some relevant issues that in some way influence the reduction of the quality of life at work and consequently possible stress.
