Bullying no âmbito escolar

Abstract

O presente trabalho terá como objetivo compreender o papel das instituições de ensino no combate ao bullying, relatando medidas socioeducativas asseguradas por lei nesse grande combate, o qual é dever da escola. Por conseguinte, verificar-se-ão os conceitos e princípios do bullying na escola, além de conhecer os principais motivos que levam as crianças a praticá-lo, analisando comportamento, estrutura familiar, etc. Relatar os problemas que são causados na vida da vítima. Averiguar a reação da família da vítima diante da situação.Estudar o que a legislação brasileira prevê em casos de bullying praticados na escola, a fim de entender qual é o papel das instituições escolares no combate a essa forma de violência; investigar qual é a responsabilidade civil das escolas em caso de omissão diante do bullying, alertando também sobre a Responsabilidade civil subjetiva e objetiva. E, por fim, relataremos sobre a importância de programas no combate ao bullying, tendo como referência o "Antibullying", que está sendo implantado nas instituições de ensino recentemente. ABSTRACT This work aims to understand the role of educational institutions in combating bullying, reporting on socio-educational measures guaranteed by law in this major fight, which is the school's duty. Consequently, it will examine the concepts and principles of bullying in schools, as well as understand the main reasons that lead children to practice it, analyzing behavior, family structure, etc. It will report on the problems caused in the victim's life. It will investigate the reaction of the victim's family to the situation. It will study what Brazilian legislation provides for in cases of bullying practiced in schools, in order to understand the role of school institutions in combating this form of violence; it will investigate the civil liability of schools in cases of omission in the face of bullying, also highlighting subjective and objective civil liability. Finally, it will report on the importance of programs in combating bullying, using the "Anti-bullying" program, which is being implemented in educational institutions recently, as a reference.
