C.y. - Control Yourself - ferramenta financeira para jovens

Abstract

Tendo em vista a atual situação financeira do país, onde a taxa de desemprego aumenta e a renda familiar diminuí, muitas pessoas acabam se endividando. Porém, em diversos casos, esses endividamentos poderiam ser evitados se a pessoa tivesse um maior controle sobre seu próprio dinheiro. O C.Y. – Control Yourself consiste no em um protótipo de ferramenta de controle de finanças pessoais vinculada com uma agenda e um gerenciador de eventos voltada principalmente para jovens, visto que, a inadimplência nos dias atuais é um tema recorrente e muitos jovens não dão a devida atenção ao assunto. O projeto surgiu observando o fato de que muitas pessoas manterem um mau controle de suas próprias finanças, e ainda na comprovação de que o uso das tecnologias móveis pode ser muito útil no controle de finanças e também como uma alternativa para jovens e adolescentes criarem o hábito do gasto consciente, buscando oferecer a eles uma forma rápida, simples e eficiente de saber onde gastaram, como gastaram e ainda onde gastarão o seu dinheiro. Nessa ferramenta, que será um aplicativo mobile, estarão contidas três telas interligadas, sendo elas: um gerenciador de finanças, uma agenda e por fim, um gerenciador de eventos e convites. O aplicativo foi desenvolvido em linguagem Java e, para isso, foi feito todo o processo de documentação e prototipação. Foi realizado também uma pesquisa de mercado para captar melhor como é o comportamento das pessoas em relação ao controle financeiro e o que acham de controlar seus gastos através de um aplicativo de smartphone. Finalizando o projeto, serão apresentadas as considerações finais e a versão final do aplicativo.

Given the current financial situation of the country, where the unemployment rate increases and family income declines, many people end up in debt. But in many cases, such indebtedness could be avoided if one had more control over one's own money. The C.Y. - Control Yourself consists of a prototype personal finance control tool linked to an agenda and an event manager focused primarily on young people, since defaulting these days is a recurring theme and many young people do not give due attention to subject matter. The project came about noting the fact that many people keep bad control of their own finances, as well as proving that the use of mobile technologies can be very useful in controlling finances and as an alternative for young people and adolescents to create the habit of conscious spending, seeking to offer them a quick, simple, and efficient way of knowing where they spent, how they spent, and even where they will spend their money. In this tool, which will be a mobile application, will be contained three interconnected screens, being: a finance manager, a calendar and, finally, an event manager and invitations. The application was developed in Java language and, for this, the entire process of documentation and prototyping was done. A market survey was also conducted to better capture people's behavior in relation to financial control and how they feel about controlling their spending through a smartphone application. At the end of the project, the final considerations and the final version of the application will be presented.
