Auto Help: plataforma de negócios na internet para contratação de serviço técnico especializado em reparos automotivos

Abstract

O presente projeto tem como objetivo principal a implementação de uma plataforma de negócios web, sob forma de uma Startup, que ofereça serviços de reparação e manutenção automotiva para a região do ABC paulista. Juntamente a isto, irá ser apresentada uma proposta de negócio para a viabilização comercial desta plataforma. O tema foi escolhido devido aos resultados de pesquisas que demonstram uma oportunidade ainda não explorada para este tipo de serviço de forma digital nesta região e também por estimativas que prevê o aquecimento do mercado de reparação automotiva para os anos vindouros. O projeto foi dividido em quatro partes, composta por: Fundamentação Teórica, onde, por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, é defendida a justificativa da proposta; Metodologia, que apresenta os procedimentos de pesquisa e confecção do projeto; Desenvolvimento, apresentando as etapas da criação do protótipo da plataforma e, por fim, as Considerações Finais, que encerra o projeto, detalhando os resultados alcançados.

The main objective of this project is the implementation of a web business platform, in the form of a Startup, that provides automotive repair and maintenance services for the ABC region of São Paulo. Together with this, a business proposal will be presented for the commercial viability of this platform. The theme was chosen due to the results of research that demonstrate an opportunity not yet explored for this type of service digitally in this region and also by estimates that predicts the heating of the automotive repair market for years to come. The project was divided in four parts, composed by: Theoretical Foundation, where, through bibliographical and documentary research, the justification of the proposal is defended; Methodology, which presents the procedures for research and preparation of the project; Development, presenting the stages of the creation of the prototype of the platform and, finally, the Final Considerations, which closes the project, detailing the results achieved.
