Abstract

Na economia atual, nota-se constantes mudanças no mercado, inclusive os sistemas de negócios. Assim, uma abordagem de desenvolvimento ágil de software se torna atrativa, uma vez que ela é maleável diante os desafios competitivos que surgem sem aviso. Esse artigo tem o objetivo de compreender o método ágil Scrum, com suas especificações, benefícios e o processo de Transformação Ágil. Para tanto, foram coletados dados em livros, sites da internet, artigos científicos e dissertações. Para estudo foi exposto o processo de Transformação Ágil em duas empresas consolidadas no mercado, listando os resultados em comum da mudança e suas diferenças. Da análise das empresas compreende-se a importância de manter com clareza o objetivo da implantação da nova metodologia para todos os funcionários da organização e lembrando que sempre surgirá novas necessidades de adaptação do processo

In the current economy, there are constant changes in the market, including business systems. Thus, an agile software development approach becomes attractive, since it is malleable in the face of competitive challenges that arise without warning. This article aims to understand the Scrum agile method, with its specifications, benefits and the Agile Transformation process. For that, data were collected in books, internet sites, scientific articles and dissertations. The Agile Transformation process was exposed for study in two consolidated companies in the market, listing the common results of the change and their differences. The companies' analysis understands the importance of clearly maintaining the objective of implementing the new methodology for all employees of the organization and remembering that there will always be new needs to adapt the process
