| Abstract: | OBJETIVO GERAL : Realizar melhoria nos transportes de cargas e alcançando a total satisfação do cliente, com foco em empresas alimentícias que efetuam transportes rodoviários de produtos não perecíveis, cargas soltas batidas ou até paletizadas. GENERAL PURPOSE :Carry out improvement in cargo transport and achieving total customer satisfaction, focusing on food companies that carry out road transport of non-perishable products, loose loads beaten or even palletized. |
