Abstract

Este plano de negócio tem por objetivo obter informações necessárias para abertura de um pet shop, que é um dos mercados que mais a cresce atualmente no Brasil. Nosso foco no primeiro momento será o serviço de banho e tosa, e a venda de alguns petiscos e brinquedos pra os pets. Depois futuramente quando o negócio estiver mais solido a intenção é também de vender ração, mas o oco no momento é o banho e tosa. O nosso pet shop no primeiro momento será um salão alugado na avenida Nossa Senhora Aparecida N°577 no bairro São João, mas futuramente irei construir um prédio próprio na rua Jose Aparecido Olímpio n°13 de esquina com a avenida Argemiro Balbo, bairro Maurilio Biagi, um ponto onde a um grande movimento o dia todo. Para iniciar o nosso negócio iremos investir R$ 45.000,00 e projetamos um lucro aproximadamente de R$ 12.000,00. Esperamos ter um retorno de capital em 8 meses.

Our initial focus will be on grooming services and the sale of pet treats and toys. Later, once the business is more established, we intend to expand to selling pet food, but the current focus is on grooming. Our pet shop will initially operate from a rented space at 577 Nossa Senhora Aparecida Avenue in the São João neighborhood. However, we plan to eventually construct our own building at 13 Jose Aparecido Olímpio Street, on the corner of Argemiro Balbo Avenue, in the Maurilio Biagi neighborhood – a location with high foot traffic throughout the day. We will invest R$ 45,000.00 to start the business and project a profit of approximately R$ 12,000.00. We expect a return on investment within 8 months.
