Abstract

A internet tem contribuído para o avanço de diversas áreas na vida das pessoas. Ela possui grande importância na propagação de conteúdos de diversos segmentos, permitindo maior acesso à informação em tempo real, afetando e influenciando a maneira como as pessoas se relacionam, como se divertem, como fazem seus estudos, bem como empreendem seus negócios. O uso de sistemas de informação desenvolvidos em conjunto com a tecnologia da internet torna possível a criação de sistemas web, que são uma importante ferramenta para muitos tipos de organizações que desejam difundir suas atividades na rede. Assim o presente trabalho tem como principal objetivo apontar qual a importância de um sistema web e como ele pode contribuir diretamente para melhorias nos serviços de uma organização aos seus clientes. Para isto foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica sobre o tema em questão e o desenvolvimento de um sistema web para uma lanchonete. A pesquisa realizada permitiu verificar como a internet contribuiu para os avanços que se tem hoje e com sistema web criado foi possível identificar como este tipo de sistema pode ser eficaz para uma organização, auxiliando no desenvolvimento de inúmeras funcionalidades que tornam o serviço mais ágil e com maior qualidade.

The use of information systems developed in conjunction with internet technology makes it possible to create web systems that are an important tool for many types of organizations that wish to spread their activities in the network. Thus the present work has as main objective to point out the importance of a web system and how it can contribute directly to improvements in the services of an organization to its clients. For this, a bibliographic research was carried out on the subject in question and the development of a web system for a cafeteria. The research carried out allowed us to verify how the internet contributed to the advances that we have today and with the web system created it was possible to identify how this type of system can be effective for an organization, helping in the development of numerous functionalities that make the service more agile and Higher quality.
