Indústria 4.0 e os desafios para a capacitação profissional

Abstract

A indústria 4.0 é marcada pela conexão de várias tecnologias no sistema produtivo que transformará a economia e a maneira de projetar, fabricar, entregar produtos e serviços. Algumas dessas tecnologias são: internet das coisas, big data, impressora 3D ou manufatura aditiva, computação em nuvem, entre outras. Os impactos dessas transformações tecnológicas têm sido sentidos no mercado de trabalho, nas organizações e em processos produtivos e operacionais. Nesse contexto, o objetivo geral desse estudo foi investigar os desafios da indústria 4.0 na capacitação profissional. Para isso, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica na Web sobre os conceitos envolvidos na pesquisa para identificar quais são as tecnologias da indústria 4.0, e aplicado um questionário entre os alunos da Fatec Jahu para verificar se os profissionais buscam se capacitar para o uso das referidas tecnologias e sensibilizá-los sobre a importância da capacitação e treinamento nos tempos atuais. Os resultados da pesquisa mostraram que 77,8% dos respondentes não se sentem capacitados para atuar no mercado de trabalho. No entanto, mais que a metade dos respondentes (61,6%) tem interesse em se capacitarem para tal. Para isso é fundamental que os alunos conheçam instituições de ensino que possa oferecer tais capacitações e somente 22,2% dos respondentes têm conhecimento de onde podem buscar se capacitarem. Além disso, constatou-se que a maior parte dos alunos da Fatec Jahu não se sentem capacitados para a indústria 4.0, embora tenham interesse em se preparar para essa nova era digital.

The Industry 4.0 has been marked by the connection of various technologies in the production system that will transform the economy and designing, manufacturing, delivering of products and services. Some of these technologies are: internet of things, big data, 3D printer or additive manufacture, cloud computing, among others. The impacts of these technological transformations have been felt in the labor market, in organizations and in productive and operational processes. In this context, this paper aims to investigate the challenges of industry 4.0 in the professional qualification. For this purpose, a bibliographic research was carried out on the Web for identify the technologies of the industry 4.0 witch were related with the theme, and a questionnaire was applied among the students of Fatec Jahu to verify if nowadays the professionals were interested at using technologies and raise awareness of the importance of training. The results of the survey showed that 77.8% of respondents do not feel able to work in the labor market. However, more than half of the respondents (61.6%) have an interest in being able to do so. For this it is fundamental that the students know about educational institutions that can offer such training and only 22.2% of the respondents are aware of where they can seek to qualify. In addition, it was found that most Fatec Jahu students do not feel qualified for the 4.0 industry, although they have interest in preparing for this new digital era.
