| Abstract: | Este trabalho foi realizado com intuito de ajudar o restaurante Vital, localizado na cidade de Poá, auto tiete, estado de São Paulo visando aplicar ferramentas de marketing aprendidas no curso técnico. Para tanto foram realizadas pesquisas bibliográficas, entrevistas e conversas informais realizadas com a proprietária do estabelecimento. Desta forma buscou-se aplicar as ferramentas de marketing sensorial, marketing digital, marketing institucional e marketing de relacionamento, concluindo que e possível o restaurante se destacar no mercado através das estratégias aplicadas, com isso tendo credibilidade no ramo gastronômico de Poá. This work was carried out with the aim of helping the Vital restaurant, located in the city of Poá, Alto Tietê, São Paulo state, by applying marketing tools learned in the technical course. To this end, bibliographic research, interviews, and informal conversations were conducted with the owner of the establishment. In this way, the aim was to apply sensory marketing, digital marketing, institutional marketing, and relationship marketing tools, concluding that it is possible for the restaurant to stand out in the market through the applied strategies, thus gaining credibility in the gastronomic sector of Poá. |
