Proposta de melhorias na gestão da produção de uma fábrica de comedouros para pets RR Repuxo

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo elaborar e apresentar uma proposta de reestruturação do layout dos recursos transformadores, com intuito de melhorar a eficiência produtiva da empresa RR REPUXO, buscando o atendimento de um maior número de clientes e aumento os seus ganhos com a mesma capacidade fabril instalada. Para isso, nos utilizaremos das teorias da gestão de produção, mais especificamente, no que diz respeito a adequação do espaço físico ao setor de produção, e as diretrizes do método japonês de sincronização enxuta e melhoramento, que auxiliará na implantação de um set-up enxuto, ou seja, com a máxima eficiência e sem desperdícios. Desta forma, percebemos que o layout anterior estava desestruturado, a partir da implementação da reestruturação, todo o espaço físico foi mais bem aproveitado. O conhecimento adquirido nessa pesquisa permite a orientação e tomada de decisão em relação ao que deve ser feito para obter uma melhor produtividade, e qual deve ser o foco da empresa, também permitiu a empresa ter a capacidade de transformar seu modo de operação e resultados.

The present work has the objective to elaborate and present a proposal to restructure the transforming resources, with the aim of improving the productive efficing of the company RR REPUXO, seeking to serve a greater number of customers and increase its earning with the same manufacturing capacity installed. For this, we will use the theories of production management, more specifically, with regard to the adequacy of the physical space to the production sector, and the guidelines of the japanese method of lean synchronization and improvement, which will assist in the implementation of a set-up lean, that is, with maximum efficiency and without waste. In this way, it resisted that the previous layout was unstructured, from the implementation of the practice, all the physical space was better used. The knowledge acquired in this research allows guidance and decision-making in relation to what should be done to obtain better productivity, and what should be the company's focus, also allowing the company to have the ability to transform its mode of operation and results.
