A Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho (CLT) antes e depois da reforma trabalhista

Abstract

Este TCC tem como tema principal a Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho (CLT), especificamente em uma comparação história com a CLT antes e a CLT depois da Reforma Trabalhista de 2017 — a maior modificação trabalhista legal já ocorrida no país. A questão norteadora deste estudo foi a seguinte: “A reforma contribuiu ou prejudicou as relações de trabalho?”, tendo como as hipóteses “A Reforma Trabalhista contribuiu para o avanço das relações trabalhistas e modernização da CLT” e “A Reforma Trabalhista prejudicou as relações de trabalho”. O objetivo principal deste trabalho é comparar a CLT antes e depois da Reforma. O método de pesquisa utilizado foi uma pesquisa bibliográfica de outros autores aliada a um formulário eletrônico distribuído entre os colaboradores de empresas, a fim de testar as hipóteses. Os resultados obtidos comprovam a hipótese um e refutam a hipótese dois, evidenciando que a Reforma contribuiu para a melhoria das condições de trabalho nas empresas.

This undergraduate thesis focuses on the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT), specifically through a historical comparison of the CLT before and after the 2017 Labor Reform — the most significant change to labor law to have taken place in the country. The guiding research question for this study was: “Did the reform contribute to or harm labor relations?” The hypotheses were that the Labor Reform contributed to the advancement of labor relations and the modernization of the CLT, and that the Labor Reform harmed labor relations. The main objective of this work is to compare the CLT before and after the Reform. The research method used combined a bibliographic review of other authors with an electronic questionnaire distributed among company employees in order to test the hypotheses. The results support the first hypothesis and refute the second, demonstrating that the Reform contributed to the improvement of working conditions in companies.
