A posição legislativa e religiosa brasileira sobre o aborto

Abstract

O presente trabalho monográfico advém de pesquisa realizada na legislação brasileira e na religião, que tem por objetivo investigar e demonstrar a prática de aborto na sociedade brasileira. O trabalho será dividido em três capítulos. No primeiro capítulo fez-se um breve relato sobre como e onde surgiu o aborto, seus, métodos utilizados na época, investigamos também o que levavam mulheres a fazerem o aborto, falaremos do seu conceito, as espécies de aborto, os métodos mais utilizados pelas mulheres e quais as suas principais conseqüências e vamos discorrer as últimas notícias sobre os fetos anencéfalos. O segundo capítulos vai transcorrer a legislação brasileira e ver em quais hipóteses pode-se fazer o aborto e vamos fazer uma breve comparação entre a lei brasileira com as de outros países. E por fim no terceiro capítulo mencionaremos qual o comportamento da religião diante de tanta polêmica diante do tema mencionado. ABSTRACT This monograph stems from research conducted on Brazilian legislation and religion, aiming to investigate and demonstrate the practice of abortion in Brazilian society. The work will be divided into three chapters. The first chapter provides a brief account of how and where abortion originated, the methods used at the time, and investigates what led women to have abortions. We will discuss its concept, the types of abortion, the methods most used by women, and their main consequences, and we will also discuss the latest news about anencephalic fetuses. The second chapter will examine Brazilian legislation and examine the circumstances under which abortion is permitted, and we will make a brief comparison between Brazilian law and that of other countries. Finally, the third chapter will address the role of religion in the face of so much controversy surrounding the aforementioned topic.
