Abstract

O presente trabalho deriva da pesquisa realizada com base na legislação, na religião e na discussão causada por este tema. O aborto é o assunto que gera polêmica por suas opiniões controversas. O trabalho será dividido em capítulos, todos eles contendo informações e conhecimentos sobre o tema que será abordado, suas particularidades e especificações.Irá tratar também, dos artigos encontrados na Constituição Federal e no Código Penal. O aborto é um tema de muita indignação, devido à ignorância de alguns contra a vida de pequenos seres humanos que não tem a capacidade de responder por si, expressando sua vontade de viver. Como previsto em lei fundamental o artigo 5º da Constituição Federal de 1988 diz que: "Todos são iguais perante a lei, sem distinção alguma e que aos brasileiros e estrangeiros residentes no país é garantida a inviolabilidade do direito a vida, a liberdade, a igualdade, a segurança e a prosperidade. ABSTRACT This work stems from research based on legislation, religion, and the discussion surrounding this topic. Abortion is a subject that generates controversy due to its conflicting opinions. The work will be divided into chapters, all containing information and knowledge about the topic, its particularities, and specifications. It will also address the articles found in the Federal Constitution and the Penal Code. Abortion is a topic of great indignation due to the ignorance of some regarding the lives of small human beings who do not have the capacity to speak for themselves or express their will to live. As stipulated in fundamental law, Article 5 of the 1988 Federal Constitution states that: "All are equal before the law, without any distinction whatsoever, and that Brazilians and foreigners residing in the country are guaranteed the inviolability of the right to life, liberty, equality, security, and prosperity."
