Restauração de lixadeira de cinta industrial

Abstract

No contexto industrial e educacional, é essencial garantir o funcionamento adequado de equipamentos utilizados em processos produtivos e de aprendizagem prática. Neste sentido, o presente trabalho teve como objetivo realizar a restauração de uma lixadeira de cinta industrial pertencente à ETEC Profª Anna de Oliveira Ferraz. A metodologia adotada combinou pesquisa bibliográfica com atividades práticas de diagnóstico, manutenção e recuperação da máquina, visando assegurar sua funcionalidade e segurança. A restauração contemplou a substituição de componentes danificados, revisão do sistema elétrico e mecânico, além da aplicação de medidas corretivas para prevenir falhas futuras. O projeto evidenciou a importância da manutenção preventiva e corretiva de equipamentos industriais, contribuindo para a formação técnica dos alunos e para a melhoria da infraestrutura da instituição. In the industrial and educational context, it is essential to ensure the proper functioning of equipment used in production processes and hands-on learning. In this regard, the present study aimed to restore an industrial belt sander belonging to ETEC Profª Anna de Oliveira Ferraz. The methodology combined bibliographical research with practical activities of diagnosis, maintenance, and machine recovery, aiming to ensure its functionality and safety. The restoration included the replacement of damaged components, inspection of electrical and mechanical systems, and the implementation of corrective measures to prevent future failures. The project highlighted the importance of preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment, contributing to students’ technical training and the improvement of the institution’s infrastructure.
