Crimes virtuais: ameaças reais

Abstract

O presente trabalho visa demonstrar, que a evolução tecnológica que vivenciamos não mudou apenas a maneira de se relacionar, mas também trouxe uma reflexão sobre os crimes virtuais, que são praticados através da internet. Iremos mostrar uma breve história de como surgiu a internet no mundo, e no Brasil. O que são crimes virtuais e suas classificações, quais são eles, o que está sendo feito pelo ordenamento jurídico, para combater essa prática de crime. Portanto, há uma necessidade de conscientização por meio dos usuários de internet, uma atenção no que se refere ao ambiente virtual, pois qualquer ato ilegal praticado na internet poderá gerar consequência jurídica. ABSTRACT This paper aims to demonstrate that the technological evolution we are experiencing has not only changed the way we relate to each other, but has also brought about reflection on cybercrimes, which are committed through the internet. We will show a brief history of how the internet emerged in the world and in Brazil. What are cybercrimes and their classifications, what are they, and what is being done by the legal system to combat this criminal practice. Therefore, there is a need for awareness among internet users, attention to the virtual environment, as any illegal act committed on the internet may have legal consequences.
