Proposta de lei: o trabalho do preso na execução penal

Abstract

O Brasil tem a 4º maior população carcerária do mundo, isso mostra que não só o sistema prisional não é eficiente, mas também o Código Penal, Processo Penal e até a Constituição, não são eficazes para punir e fazer com que o criminoso, infrator não volte a praticar crimes novamente. A proposta deste trabalho é fazer com que o sistema prisional torne-se eficiente e autossuficiente. ABSTRACT Brazil has the 4th largest prison population in the world, which shows that not only is the prison system inefficient, but also the Penal Code, Criminal Procedure Code, and even the Constitution are ineffective in punishing and preventing criminals from committing crimes again. The aim of this work is to make the prison system efficient and self-sufficient.
