Abstract

O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar uma proposta de desenvolvimento de um Software Emissor de Notas Fiscais Eletrônicas que consiga atender a maior parte dos clientes em suas funcionalidades e módulos. Os requisitos utilizados para elaboração deste protótipo foram analisados e extraídos com uso de engenharia reversa e estudo de alguns softwares já utilizados hoje no mercado como o Software Emissor de NF-e (SEFAZ), O TiraNota (Organisys Software), o NotaJá (DPComp) e ContaAzul. No objetivo de apresentar uma proposta de software que atenda aos clientes no mercado que não encontram nos softwares atuais todos os recursos necessários para sua empresa, este trabalho apresenta a documentação necessária para desenvolvimento de um software emissor de notas. Foi necessário descrever todos os processos envolvidos na emissão, armazenamento e gerenciamento de Notas Fiscais Eletrônicas citando a origem da emissão das notas fiscais eletrônicas no Brasil e definindo alguns conceitos necessários para entendimento do contexto de emissão de notas fiscais hoje. Podemos encontrar neste trabalho uma descrição detalhada das funcionalidades presentes em cada módulo descrevendo as tecnologias envolvidas no estudo e desenvolvimento de um software emissor de notas fiscais, como por exemplo o uso de certificados digitais, linguagem XML, e introdução ao funcionamento de webservices.

The purpose of this paper is to present a proposal for the development of a Invoice Issuing Software that can serve most of the clients in their functionalities and modules. The requirements used to elaborate this prototype were analyzed and extracted with reverse engineering and study of some software already used in the market today as the Software emissor de NF-e (SEFAZ), The software TiraNota (Organisys Software), NotaJá (DPComp) And ContaAzul. In the objective of presenting a software proposal that meets the clients in the market that do not find in the current software all the resources necessary for their company, this work presents the necessary documentation for the development of a invoice issuer software. It was necessary to describe all the processes involved in the issuance, storage and management of Electronic Invoices citing the origin of electronic invoices issuance in Brazil and defining some concepts necessary to understand the context of issuing invoices today. We can find in this work a detailed description of the functionalities present in each module describing the technologies involved in the study and development of fiscal invoice software, such as the use of digital certificates, XML language, and introduction to the operation of webservices.
