A relação cambial entre Brasil e China

Abstract

O mundo globalizado trouxe inúmeros benefícios, onde os países podem estabelecer acordos e conceder privilégios diante de benefícios exclusivos. As barreiras físicas foram quebradas diante da busca por novos mercados e o desejo de alcançar valores mais expressivos em suas balanças comerciais. Cada país possui sua estratégia para atuar no mercado internacional e, também, sua moeda. Assim, diante de inúmeras moedas que circulam em cada canto do globo, o câmbio entra com papel de fundamental importância nas negociações internacionais. Para países que estão em vias de desenvolvimento, como Brasil e China, existem diversos métodos para elevar sua produção e aumentar os valores de suas exportações, e o valor de suas moedas no mundo afeta diretamente suas estratégias. Portanto, cada país deve manter sua política cambial focada num equilíbrio, uma vez que elas afetam as exportações e importações diretamente. A relação cambial entre Brasil e China é um estudo que aborda questões econômicas e sociais onde estes países estão inseridos. Estas duas economias de mercado são grandes potências mundiais e que, aos poucos, estão ganhando destaque e tornando-se centro das negociações internacionais. É interessante estudar o lado cambial dessa relação, pois, o câmbio tem sido um assunto muito discutido na Organização Mundial do Comércio, e também é um tema relevante para nosso país que tem sofrido consequências não muito saudáveis diante da manipulação cambial de outros países. O câmbio na China é muito peculiar, tornando-se praticamente uma forma que o governo chinês encontrou para elevar ainda mais suas exportações e baratear seus produtos, que de longe já possuem um custo muito baixo de produção. Assim, estabelecer um comparativo sobre o câmbio entre estes dois países é interessante, uma vez que eles estão no foco das negociações internacionais.

Therefore, each country must maintain its exchange rate policy focused on a balance, since it directly affects exports and imports. The exchange rate relationship between Brazil and China is a study that addresses economic and social issues in which these countries are involved. These two market economies are major world powers that are gradually gaining prominence and becoming the center of international negotiations. It is interesting to study the exchange rate side of this relationship, since the exchange rate has been a much-discussed topic in the World Trade Organization, and it is also a relevant issue for our country, which has suffered unhealthy consequences from the exchange rate manipulation of other countries. The exchange rate in China is very peculiar, becoming practically a way that the Chinese government has found to further increase its exports and lower the price of its products, which already have a very low production cost. Thus, establishing a comparison of the exchange rate between these two countries is interesting, since they are at the center of international negotiations.
