Logística reversa como ferramenta para gestão de resíduos de óleo automotivo na cidade de Franca

Abstract

O meio ambiente vem passando por transformações que envolvem ações visando às melhorias em produtos e serviços. Neste aspecto, a logística reversa tem uma função primordial, pois promove o retorno de alguns produtos à sua origem, para reciclagem, transformação ou destinação final. O objetivo deste trabalho é o estudo da logística reversa como ferramenta para gestão de resíduos de óleo automotivo na cidade de Franca, sendo que sua justificativa é demonstrada na importância na qual o tema vem sendo apresentado. Neste sentido, verifica-se algumas ações oriundas do Poder Público, no sentido de regulamentar assuntos relativos ao tema. Seu desenvolvimento foi por meio de pesquisas bibliográficas visando apresentar as definições técnicas para logística direta e logística reversa, com destaque para a logística reversa de pós venda e pós-consumo. Apresenta as empresas responsáveis pelos serviços de troca de óleo, sua natureza jurídica e a legislação referente às questões ambientais em logística reversa para esses serviços. No final é apresentado um estudo de caso realizado em empresas que prestam serviços de troca de óleo lubrificante em Franca (SP), com a realização de pesquisa de campo e entrevistas, que embasaram as demonstrações em tabela e demonstrações gráficas, que apresentaram como aspectos qualitativos o envolvimento das nove empresas pesquisadas, pois recepcionam, armazenam e se responsabilizam pelo retorno desses produtos às empresas responsáveis pelo seu tratamento e distribuição no mercado para reutilização.

The environment has been undergoing by transformations involving actions aimed at improving products and services. Thus, reverse logistics has a major role, as it promotes the return of some products to its origin, for recycling, processing or disposal. The objective of this paper is the study of reverse logistics as a tool for automotive oil waste management in the city of Franca, and its justification is demonstrated the importance in which the subject has been presented. Therefore, there are some actions derived from the Government in order to regulate the issues relating to the topic. The development of this study was through literature research in order to present the technical definitions to direct logistics and reverse logistics, especially for reverse logistics after sales and post-consumption. It also presents the companies responsible for oil change services, legal status and legislation relating to environmental issues in reverse logistics for these services. Finally, we present a case study in companies providing lubricant oil change services in Franca (SP), to conduct field research and interviews, which supported the statements in table and graphical demonstrations, which presented as qualitative aspects the involvement of companies in the sector of rendering these services in the application of reverse logistics for lubricating oils, since they receive, store and take responsibility for the return of these products to the companies responsible for their treatment and distribution in the market for reuse.
