A aplicação de termoplásticos vulcanizados (TPE-V) na indústria automotiva

Abstract

Hoje os materiais termoplásticos possuem uma diversificada aplicação, o segmento automotivo representa uma parcela considerável tanto no desenvolvimento quanto na aplicação, os termoplásticos vulcanizados estão cada vez mais substituindo as borrachas termofixas, os TPE-Vs possuem propriedades similares e em alguns casos ate superiores como a possibilidade de reprocessamento sem perdas nas propriedades. O objetivo deste trabalho é demonstrar a aplicação dos termoplásticos vulcanizados em todas suas vertentes na indústria automotiva. A problemática deste trabalho é demonstrar aonde ocorrem à aplicação dos termoplásticos vulcanizados em peças automotivas, para a realização deste trabalho será utilizado o método de pesquisa bibliográfica, abrangendo o tema a respeito com base em livros, artigos científicos, sites de internet entre outros. .A metodologia contempla a aplicação dos termoplásticos vulcanizados na indústria automotiva demonstrando suas propriedades similares com a da borracha termofixa e sua diversidade de processabilidade e reprocessamento substituindo em diversas aplicações a borracha, através do levantamento bibliográfico podemos confirmar a hipótese levantada neste trabalho. 1. Today thermoplastic materials have a diverse application, the automotive segment represents a considerable portion in both development and in application, thermoplastic vulcanizates are increasingly replacing thermoset rubbers , the TPE - Vs have similar properties and in some cases until the upper and possibility of reprocessing without loss in properties . The objective of this work is to demonstrate the application of thermoplastic vulcanizates in all its aspects in the automotive industry .The problematic of this paper is to show where to place the application of thermoplastic vulcanizates in the automotive industry for this work will be the method used for bibliographic review of the literature covering the topic about based on books , journal articles , internet site among others .The methodology involves the application of thermoplastic vulcanizates in the automotive industry demonstrating its properties similar to that of thermoset rubber and its diversity of processing and reprocessing replacing the rubber in various applications through literature we can confirm the hypothesis in this paper .
