Desenvolvimento de aplicação web para a cipa da faculdade de tecnologia de Guaratinguetá

Abstract

De acordo com a norma regulamentadora nº 5 do Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego, toda empresa ou instituição necessita implantar uma Comissão Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes - CIPA, que é responsável pela fiscalização e o cumprimento das políticas de segurança, orientando e criando ações preventivas no ambiente de trabalho. Com a árdua rotina do ambiente acadêmico, as ações da CIPA da Faculdade de Tecnologia de Guaratinguetá - FATEC acabam sendo dificultadas pela logística e rotatividade de alunos e servidores nas mediações da instituição. Foi a partir desta dificuldade que a proposta de criação de um sistema que alcançasse alunos, servidores e comunidade, foi considerada e executada, para que orientações prevencionistas fossem perpetuadas e se tornassem acessíveis de qualquer lugar e a qualquer hora. Este relatório técnico científico apresenta o processo de desenvolvimento e implementação de um sistema web para o compartilhamento de informações sobre Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente para a CIPA da FATEC de Guaratinguetá. O sistema é responsável pelo gerenciamento e armazenamento de textos e imagens, divulgação de vídeos e eventos, promover discussões entre os usuários e também o armazenamento e compartilhamento de arquivos digitais, sendo construído com o Sistema Gerenciador de Conteúdos Wordpress, um software livre e robusto, que possui uma comunidade de desenvolvedores sólida e ativa. Como resultado, o sistema foi concluído, alimentado com informações e entregue aos membros da Comissão Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes da Faculdade de Tecnologia de Guaratinguetá.

According to the regulatory norm paragraph 5 of the Ministry of Labor and Employment, every company needs to introduce an Internal Accident Prevention Commission, CIPA, which is responsible for monitoring and enforcement of safety policies, directing and carrying out preventive actions in the work environment. With the arduous routine of the academic environment, the actions of Guaratinguetá Technology College (FATEC) CIPA are made more difficult by the logistics and turnover of students and employees on the grounds of the institution. This problem lead to the consideration and application of a proposal to create a system that would reach students, employees, and the community, so that preventative orientations would be deployed and become accessible from anywhere at anytime. This technical report presents the development and implementation process of a website for sharing information on Health, Safety, and the Environment for the Guaratinguetá FATEC CIPA system. The system is responsible for the management and storage of texts and images and videos, the dissemination of events, to encourage discussions among users, and also the storage and sharing of digital files. It was built with the Wordpress Content Management System, robust free software that has a strong, active developer community. The system was completed, information was input into it, and it was delivered to the members of the Guaratinguetá College of Technology Internal Accident Prevention Commission.
