Como abrir uma confeitaria

Abstract

O presente trabalho aborda a abertura de uma confeitaria na cidade de Bebedouro, mais especificamente no centro comercial. Serão apresentadas as histórias que levaram a criação dos doces, estas que por muitas vezes interagem com fatos históricos. Elas trazem consigo não apenas o motivo de sua criação, mas as tradições que foram iniciadas com elas e os exemplos de como a culinária se adaptou não somente ao que o público desejava, entretanto ao que era propício na época onde ocorreram as revoluções na confeitaria. Ao longo do trabalho mostra-se a evolução da confeitaria e faz a distinção da padaria, fazendo com que seja possível separá-las de maneira fácil. ABSTRACT This work addresses the opening of a confectionery shop in the city of Bebedouro, more specifically in the commercial center. It will present the stories that led to the creation of the sweets, which often interact with historical events. These stories reveal not only the reason for their creation, but also the traditions that began with them and examples of how the culinary arts adapted not only to what the public desired, but also to what was appropriate at the time when revolutions in confectionery occurred. Throughout the work, the evolution of confectionery is shown, and a distinction is made between it and a bakery, making it possible to easily separate them.
