Gestão do tempo aplicada aos estudantes do ensino médio

Abstract

Este trabalho aborda a relação entre a Administração e a leitura, destacando que a dificuldade dos alunos em compreender as obras exigidas nos vestibulares não deve ser vista como uma responsabilidade exclusiva do estudante. O artigo fundamenta-se no quarto Objetivo de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS) — Educação de Qualidade — e apresenta uma abordagem centrada no aspecto humano, priorizando a relação do estudante com o ambiente de aprendizagem em vez de uma perspectiva meramente pragmática. A pesquisa foi aplicada a um grupo seleto de alunos, aos quais foram apresentadas as propostas teóricas do artigo, incluindo os cinco princípios da Administração e a técnica de Pomodoro. Após a aplicação dessas estratégias, os resultados foram analisados e discutidos nos capítulos finais. O principal objetivo do projeto foi propor meios de facilitar o ingresso dos alunos no ensino superior, oferecendo uma nova forma de aprendizado que tornasse o processo mais leve, dinâmico e acessível.

This work addresses the relationship between Administration and reading, highlighting that students’ difficulty in understanding the works required for university entrance exams should not be seen as the student’s sole responsibility. The article is grounded in the fourth Sustainable development Goal (SDG) – Quality Education – and presents an approach centered on the human aspect, prioritizing the student’s relationship with the learning environment rather than a merely pragmatic perspective. The research was applied to a select group of students, who were presented with the article’s theoretical proposals, including the five principles of Administration and the Pomodoro technique. After applying these strategies, the results were analyzed and discussed in the final chapters. The main objective of the project was to propose ways to facilitate students’ entry into higher education, offering a new way of learning that makes the process lighter, more dynamic, and accessible
