Estudo sobre a implantação de um sistema integrado em uma empresa agrícola

Abstract

Este trabalho aborda a implantação de um sistema ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) e seu impacto em uma empresa do ramo agrícola. Destacando a real aplicabilidade do sistema integrado, abordando um estudo sobre a implantação e quais foram os obstáculos enfrentados pela empresa Fazenda Ycatu Ltda que encontrou a necessidade de automatizar seus processos, com mais acessibilidade e facilidade proporcionados pelo sistema integrado que conta a possibilidade de ser controlado remotamente. Além de muitas outras vantagens para o negócio, que é um diferencial no mercado de agronegócios. A principal ideia é apresentar um estudo de caso que mostra quais são as reais dificuldades que uma empresa encontra ao iniciar o processo de implantação de um sistema ERP, que irá substituir por completo a forma atual de se executar os processos da empresa do ramo de agronegócio e a princípio apresentar quais foram os impactos e dificuldades encontradas durante as etapas de implantação e trazer quais foram os motivos que fizeram a empresa reavaliar a viabilidade do projeto, já que logo após ser iniciado, surgiram obstáculos que retardariam o prazo final além fugir do orçamento inicial calculado pelos analistas e podendo interferir no andamento dos processos já existentes na empresa. O sistema atual utilizado na empresa é o GEDAVE, o ERP escolhido para implantação foi o Gerente Agrícola. A empresa vai reanalisar uma forma que seja menos impactante para os processos atuais e permita uma implantação mais segura sem que seja necessário a interrupção do sistema atual da empresa.

This project addresses the implementation of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system and its impact on a agricutural company. We can highlight the real use of the system, addressing an study about the introduction and which were the obstacles the company faced. The company Fazenda Ycatu Ltda has found the necessity to automize its methods, with more acessibility and ease provided by the integrated system which can be remotely controled. In addition to many other advantages for the business.The main ideia is to represent an study which shows the real difficulties a company faces when it begins the process to implement an ERP system, which will completely replace the present methods of executing the company's processes and at first, present the impact and difficulties the company has found in each step of the implementation and show the motives that made the company reassess the viability of the project, since after it has started, a few obstacles showed up, delaying the final deadline and also affecting the estimated budget. It could even interfere with the company's ongoing processes. the current system is the GEDAVE, the chosen ERP to implement was the Gerente Agricola. The company will choose a method that will have the least impact on the other ongoing processes and a mehod that will allow a safer implementation without the necessity to interrupt the current system the company uses.
