Comparativo entre os sistemas WAAS/EGNOS ativado e desativado na região de Pompéia - SP

Abstract

O objetivo do estudo foi determinar os efeitos positivos e/ou negativos do uso do sistema WADGPS WAAS/EGNOS na determinação da posição e altitude em receptores GPS Garmin eTrex Vista na região de Pompéia-SP. O ensaio foi realizado no marco geodésico da Fundação Shunji Nishimura de Tecnologia, com dois receptores e taxa de repetição de um ponto a cada cinco segundos. Os dados coletados foram analisados, comparados e interpretados. Foi observado que o sistema de correção WADGPS WAAS/EGNOS, apesar de ter sido criado para o território dos EUA/Europa, neste estudo teve efeitos positivos na determinação da posição do marco e efeitos negativos na determinação da altitude quando avaliados na região de Pompéia-SP.

The purpose of this study was determine the positive and /or negative effects of the use of the WADGPS WAAS / EGNOS system on the determination of positioning and altitude in GPS Garmin eTrex Vista in the Pompeia-SP. The test was performed in geodesic mark of the Foundation Shunji Nishimura Technology, with two receivers and a repetition rate of one point on every five seconds. Then, the data collected were analyzed, compared and interpreted. It was observed that the WAAS correction system WADGPS / EGNOS, despite having been created for the territory of the USA / Europe, this study had positive effects in determining the position in Mark and negative effects in determining the altitude when evaluated in the region of Pompeia-SP.
