Um Estudo sobre Educação Ambiental no Município de Jaboticabal

Abstract

O presente trabalho tenciona a discutir a temática da Educação Ambiental no âmbito do município de Jaboticabal relacionando-o as correntes ambientais postuladas por diversos autores ambientalistas. Desta forma, nossa proposta é contextualizar as correntes de Educação Ambiental praticadas no Brasil e buscar através da aplicação de um questionário correlacionar às correntes críticas existentes na Educação Ambiental ao que efetivamente apresentou os resultados da pesquisa. Os resultados obtidos demonstram os vários fatores ambientais relacionados ao descarte irregular de resíduos, identificando o nível de conhecimento dos entrevistados em relação ao assunto. È dever de todos, contribuir ativamente, por meio de conhecimento de ações que busquem minimizar os impactos ambientais causados pelo homem. Se não preservarmos pouco restará para que as futuras gerações possam também usufruir de um ambiente em condições saudáveis. Após a coleta e análise dos dados verificou-se o que e como pesam as pessoas sobre a temática, e quais os caminhos devem trilhar para alcançar melhores resultados.

This paper intends to discuss the theme of Environmental Education in the scope of the municipality of Jaboticabal, relating to the environmental trends postulated by several environmentalists. In this way, our proposal is to contextualize the trends of Environmental Education practiced in Brazil and to search through the application of a questionnaire to correlate the critical movements existing in Environmental Education to what effectively presented the results of the research. The results obtained demonstrate the various environmental factors related to irregular waste disposal, indentifying the level of knowledge of the interviewees in relation to the subject. It is everyone´s duty to actively contribute, through knowledge of actions that seek to mininmize the environmental impacts caused by humans. If we do not preserve the environment, there will be little left for future generations to also enjoy an environment in helathy conditions. After collecting and analyzing the data, it was verified what and how people think about the theme, and what paths should be followed to achieve better results.
