Consequências do assédio moral no ambiente de trabalho

Abstract

O objetivo deste estudo foi dissertar sobre os efeitos do assédio moral no ambiente de trabalho sobre o trabalhador, bem como as doenças em que o mesmo é exposto após a agressão moral, tendo em vista que nem sempre este fato recebe a devida atenção dos empregadores. Para a realização do estudo foram utilizadas análises de documentos institucionais e revisões literárias que apontavam dados médico-científicos que demonstraram a dimensão das consequências no trabalhador. Após o estudo foi possível esclarecer as melhorias que seriam necessárias no âmbito do trabalho para melhorar a saúde e qualidade de vida dos colaboradores e assim aqueles que os rodeiam, tomando iniciativas que defendam os funcionários e garantam a dignidade dos trabalhadores em todos os níveis da empresa.

The aim of this study was to discourse about the effects of the bullying on the work environment on the worker, as well as the diseases in which the person is exposed after the moral attack, in view of not always this fact receives the due attention of the employers. For the achievement of this study were used institutional documents analysis and literary reviews that pointed out medical-scientific data that showed the dimension of the consequences to the worker. After the study was possible to clarify the improvements that would be necessary in the work sphere to improve the health and life quality of the collaborators and so, those around them, taking initiative that defends the employees and guarantee the workers dignity in all the company levels.
